To meet the growing demand from customers, TAG Aviation’s Farnborough Maintenance Services (TFMS), in partnership with its approved suppliers, Zodiac Aerospace Business Aircraft Interiors and Farnborough Aircraft Interiors (FAI), is continuing to enhance its suite of business aircraft interiors and on-site repair capabilities.
Services now include discreet woodwork Zodiac Aerospace Business Aircraft Interiors’ Smart repairs which are aptly named due to the effective nature of the work. Generating only minimal debris, they require minimal equipment and can be undertaken in any given location at short notice. Smart repairs are considerably less expensive than full panel re-sprays, require no prior booking and can be turned around within a short time frame. It is a versatile way to minimise the negative aesthetic appearance of damaged surfaces.
TFMS also offers on-site cleaning and detailing services on all business aircraft interiors at, or around, its premium location base situated at Farnborough Airport. This includes the deep cleaning of seats and is just one of a number of soft goods services TFMS can provide, in partnership with FAI.
“TFMS is proud to offer our customers these additional services (soft goods and woodwork) and we are also working on introducing additional on-site repair schemes to further advance our capacity” said, Cyrille Pillet, Vice President Maintenance Operations, TAG Aviation Europe.
