Boeing Business Jets Announces Orders for Two BBJ MAX 8 Airplanes - Manufacturer publisher

Boeing Business Jets announced at the 2016 Farnborough International Air Show today, the sale of two BBJ MAX 8 airplanes. The recently booked BBJ MAX 8s were ordered by two separate undisclosed customers, one customer based in North America and the other in Asia.

   “The BBJ MAX and its unmatched capability and comfort continues to be a very successful airplane for us and we are just getting started” said Boeing Business Jets President David Longridge. “The BBJ MAX gives our customers incredible flexibility with increased range, cabin space and baggage capacity.”

Boeing Business Jets now has 12 BBJ MAXs on order; 11 for the BBJ MAX 8 model and one for the BBJ MAX 9.  

Boeing Business Jets offers a wide variety of ultra-large-cabin, long range airplanes perfectly suited for the private jet market. The product line includes the BBJ and BBJ MAX family as well as the BBJ 787, BBJ 777, and BBJ 747-8 widebody airplanes.
