Recaro Aircraft Seating has earned a 2020 Airbus Supplier Support Award. The company’s in-service support was ranked first among all seat suppliers.
Since 2007, Airbus Supplier Support Awards have been distributed based on product reliability and service topics, including spares and repair delivery performance, price competitiveness and warranty administration. In 2019, improvements in reliability, fast response time and on-time delivery, increased the Recaro rating by/to 15 points in the airline and by/to 23 points in Airbus categories.
“We are very proud of how Recaro was ranked at the Airbus Supplier Support Awards,” said Dr. Mark Hiller, CEO and Shareholder at Recaro Aircraft Seating. “Our support teams have worked very hard this year to even further improve our rating score, and this award is proof that our commitment to unparalleled service and ‘driving comfort in the sky’ has paid off. I am confident that this will motivate our team members to continue enhancing support for our supplier and customer base in 2021.”
