Daher will underscore its growing U.S. industrial footprint and long-term commitment to aerospace talent with a dual presence at next week’s SUN ’n FUN Aerospace Expo, in Lakeland, Florida which combines the company’s career recruitment outreach and its aircraft innovation. At the SUN ’n FUN Career Fair, Daher’s Talent Acquisition team will be actively interviewing candidates for a wide range of current and future positions across the company’s U.S. operations – anchored by a strong and growing presence in Florida and extending to the Pacific Northwest.

Daher is seeking skilled professionals for numerous positions, including:

  • Daher Industry – Stuart, Florida (aerostructures assembly for Boeing and Gulfstream):
    • Sheet Metal Structures Specialists for heavy structures assembly - sheet metal and composites: Five-plus years’ experience; relocation/sign-on bonuses available; and
    • Supervisors.
  • Daher Aircraft – Pompano Beach, Florida (maintenance, repair and overhaul for Daher-built TBM and Kodiak aircraft):
    • A&P Mechanics (Airframe & Powerplant): Three-plus years’ experience, relocation/sign-on bonuses available.
  • Daher Aircraft – Sandpoint, Idaho (Kodiak airplane production and assembly):
    • Manufacturing Manager;
    • Quality Assurance Manager;
    • Manufacturing Engineers; and
    • Design & Integration Lead for mission equipment definition and installation.

Additionally, Daher Aircraft is preparing for its new TBM and Kodiak final assembly line at Stuart, Florida, which will further strengthen Florida’s role as a center of aviation excellence and bring airplane build-up activity back to the historic Witham Field site. Upcoming hiring for the Stuart final assembly line includes:

  • Structural Fitter/Assembler;
  • Quality Manager;
  • Quality Engineer;
  • Flight Test Engineer;
  • Cabin Technicians;
  • Manufacturing Engineers;
  • Aircraft Mechanics; and
  • Facilities Electricians (industrial).

On display will be the newly launched TBM 980, recognized for its speed and efficiency, and equipped with third-generation Garmin G3000 PRIME avionics; to be joined by the versatile “go anywhere” Kodiak 100 Series III multi-role airplane, which is coming to SUN ’n FUN fresh off Daher Aircraft’s Sandpoint final assembly line.
