Talon Air has selected MySky Spend and MySky Quote to streamline manual processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support its ambitious growth plans following its transition to full independence. Talon Air, which recently returned to independent ownership under the leadership of CEO James Chitty and COO Nicholas Piazza, continues to build on a strong growth trajectory that saw the company add 12 aircraft to its managed fleet in 2025, including nine in December alone, and positions it for continued expansion in 2026.
As Talon Air scales to meet increasing demand from clients, brokers and aircraft owners, leadership identified automation and real-time operational data as key enablers for sustainable and efficient growth. The decision to implement MySky was driven by a desire to eliminate many manual tasks in accounting and sales functions, freeing staff to focus on higher-value work and accelerating Talon Air’s ability to deliver timely, accurate data to stakeholders.
James Chitty, CEO of Talon commented: “We wanted to eliminate many of our manual processes in our accounting and sales functions, providing opportunities for our staff to use their time for more productive tasks. In addition, it helps us meet the increasing needs of our clients for timely data. Lastly, the speed and accuracy of the data enables us to make more timely decisions.”
Mr. Chitty stated: “With our current and projected growth, we need to manage double our 2024 levels of sales, quotes, payables and most importantly managed clients. MySky allows us to do that. Bringing on MySky was key to solidifying Talon Air as one of the top management companies in the U.S., a key investment in delivering best-in-class service.”
Jean De Looz, COO Global SaaS at MySky said :“Talon Air’s commitment to growth and service excellence truly aligns with our mission to empower operators with accurate data and automated workflows. We’re proud to partner with a company that is investing in the right infrastructure to support the future of aviation operations.”
With a fleet of roughly 40 jets, Talon Air stands among the top charter operators in the United States and is known for its high safety standards, including ARG/US Platinum Elite, Wyvern Wingman and IS-BAO III certifications.
For MySky, the partnership with Talon Air reinforces the value of combining robust automation with real operational data to help aviation companies scale efficiently.
Implementing MySky will be a key enabler of Talon Air’s growth strategy, providing the operational scale, automation, and data accuracy needed to manage rising volumes and support the company’s next phase of expansion.
