EBACE returns to the Palexpo Exhibition Centre in Geneva, Switzerland, next week, providing visitors the opportunity to both network and see the latest hardware over the three-day show that opens on Tuesday. Expected on the ramp this year at the adjacent Geneva International Airport is the Pilatus PC-24, likely to be the star on its EBACE debut, the HondaJet (possibly two) and a Boeing 787 with a VIP interior.

The event is jointly managed by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) and NBAA, and this year is expected to include some 500 exhibiting companies, “more than 60 aircraft” on static display and approximately 13,000 aviation professional attendees. There will also be a Safety Workshop running all day on Monday, organized by EBAA and NBAA.

Keynote speakers at Tuesday’s Opening General Session will include Bassim Haidar, group CEO of Channel ITGroup; Bernard Kouchner, former French Minister of Foreign & European Affairs; and Patrick Ky, executive director of EASA. Climate change, just culture and the promise of satellite-based technologies will form the main sessions of the conference program.
