If you want to track down the mega rich, London, England is the place to be. London is now the city with more BILLIONAIRES than any other city in the entire world. According to Channel 5, the UK television program that's taking a look in "How the Other Half Lives", over 100,000 billionaires have moved to the UK in the past decade alone.

In the programme, which aired its first episode this week, presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford take a look at a couple of different billionaire groups to have landed in The City: Russians and Nigerians. Ruth's  focus is on the exhorbitant budgets of Nigerian weddings, where wedding dresses can cost upwards of £100,000 and most often the major expense for a reception, where 3,000 guests are common, is champagne, at a burn rate of a bottle per guest.

For a look at the Russian influence, Eamonn Holmes tailed Emin Agalarov, the 35-year-old son of real estate magnate Aras Agalarov. They want to see how he lives when he's in London, learn about his quest to be a pop star, how he's helping his Azerbaijan-born father with their property development empire in Russia, and how he travels to get between London and Moscow.

Eamonn and Ruth first meet Emin, who's latest music video "Boomerang" hit YouTube on September 25th, at his London hotel suite in the BVLGARI where suite rates run £10,000 per night. Later, Eamonn is invited aboard the Agalarov company jet, a £30,000,000 Austrian-registered Gulfstream, for the journey from London to Moscow. In Moscow, Emin shows off his mansion on the Agalarov Estate, a shopping mall that the group has developed, and ends with a concert by Emin.
